  1. Keep a journal write down everything you eat
  2. Keep a schedule: schedule your meals, schedule your workout
  3. Drink a gallon of water a day to flush out toxins and fat. If this is too much for you drink ½ your body weight in oz. of water.
  4. Have ½ lemon in warm water first thing every morning. This will help cleanse and detox your body and jump start your metabolism
  5. Eat every 2.5 to 3 hours never skip meals. Skipping meals slows down your metabolism and encourages binge eating.
  6. Fill up on veggies 4-6 1 cup servings and limit fruit intake to 2 servings while on a weight loss plan.
  7. Have a protein and a carb with every meal. This will keep you full longer and rev up your metabolism. So in other words, never just eat a piece of fruit by itself.
