Detox Menu | Journal Day 2

Well I’m sitting here at Comcast Cable feeling like I just wanna put my head on the table and pass out! I’m using my cell phone to write this post how cool is that. I thought this would give me incentive to post more often. 

I had my detox ginger lemon drink and a juice and right now I should be having lunch. I did workout this am. I will not be working out tomorrow because it’s the Sabbath unless I wanna do a little something Saturday evening when the Sabbath is over but I doubt it. 

Yesterday I didn’t do a detox bath with my detox mineral bath soak but I will tonight.  This is very important in helping eliminate toxins.

I am also gonna do a coffee enema. You should be doing enemas or some type of colon detox and coffee is actually a great liver detox when you put it in the other end.

You can do 3 -10 days the choice is yours 

Upon Rising: Ginger lemon drink

Breakfast: Super detox green juice or simple green drink (which is a green food powder of your choosing)

Between Breakfast and Lunch: Super detox green juice or simple green drink (which is a green food powder of your choosing) or herbal tea

Lunch: Detox salad

Mid-afternoon: Super detox green juice or simple green drink (which is a green food powder of your choosing) or herbal tea

Early dinner: Detox soup

Before bed: Chamomile tea
