How to Make Cheezy Raw Kale Chips!

I super love kale, it’s nutritious and delicious! Here is a simple yet yummy and healthy recipe to make Cheezy Raw Kale Chips. If you are addicted to potato chips, try this recipe you will never miss potato chips you or your hips! 🙂

 

 

Here are the ingredients for the Cheezy Raw Kale Chips:
2 bunches of kale (I used curly but whatever you like)
3 Tbs. EVOO
4 Tbs. Tamari
1/4 cup of nutritional yeast (I get mine from whole foods or the bulk food store)
1. Take our the stems
2. Wash and dry the kale (use a salad spinner for best results)
3. Add EVOO massage until nice and shiny
4. Add Tamari and Nutritional yeast mix thoughly
5. divide kale on several trays and stack in dehydrator ever other rack.
6. Dehydrate 115 degree for oh 7-12 hrs. it depends on your dehydrator. Until they are crisp. If you have a concern about temp can dehydrate at 105 but if you have an excalibur the chips will stay raw at 115 (how do I know… I have read the studies you can google it for more info)
