How to Make Vegan Butter!

Making vegan butter is not only heart smart but it’s quick and easy! From now on I will not be buying any more vegan butter! You can put this vegan butter in any of your favorite vegan recipes! It’s super delicious!

 

Ingredients:

1 ½ cups melted refine coconut oil

½ cup almond milk (or vegan milk of choice)

¼ cup olive or grapeseed oil

½ teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons liquid lecithin

Instructions:

Place all ingredients in a blender and process at medium speed for 1 minute.

Pour into container of choice

Set in the refrigerator for a few hours or until hardened, in a hurry put in the freezer!

The butter will keep for 3-4 weeks in the fridge or several months in the freezer!

Makes about 1 pound or 2 cups
