Using MyFitnessPal is great way to count your calories and marcos! In order to have weight loss more specifically we want fat loss then there needs to be a calorie deficit. Meaning you need to eat less calories than you burn, but not too much less that you send your body into starvation mode. How can you do this if you don’t count calories or at the very least measure your food? I don’t like to guess, this is I lost over 80 pounds when I starting tracking how many calories I ate and how many I burned!
