Eat a Protein with a complex carbohydrate with all your snacks. This will help you burn more fat, increase your metabolism and keep you full longer!

Some Examples Can Include:

1/2 oz of Walnuts with 1 orange

1/2 cup of strawberries with Almond milk

2 Tbsp. Hummus w 1/2 slice whole grain/wheat pitta bread

1 slice of lean turkey with 1 string of low fat cheese

1/2 Protein Shake with 1/2 banana
