Vegan Chick’n & White Bean Chili!

This is a nice change from the tradition tomato based chili! I managed to actually grow a few tomatillo in my garden and the rest I used green tomatoes to make a delicious salsa verde which I used to make this chili! I topped it off with my raw cashew sour cream and it was amazing!
