Make sure you have all your canning supplies ready

Jars w lids (about 5 8oz Jars)

Canning kit with funnel

Low Sugar Pectin

4 cups peaches or your favorite fruit

1 cup organic cane sugar

½ cup Monk Fruit

Vinegar to wipe jars

  1. Clean your fruit and cut it up into chunks
  2. Cook your fruit
  3. While your fruit is cooking clean your jars and lids with hot soapy water and prepare your pot by filling it with water.
  4. Put your jars and lids in the pot and keep the warm
  5. Once your jam is ready and you’ve tested the thickness
  6. Take your jars out and fill them leaving ½ inch headspace
  7. Clean your rims with a little vinegar on paper towel and put your lids /rings on finger tight
  8. Make sure your water is boiling before putting your jars in and start the timer for 10 minutes after the water is boiling with the jars in a fully covered
  9. After 10 minutes turn off the stove and let them sit for 5 minutes before removing from the pot
  10. Sit them on a towel and let them sit overnight
  11. Check them to make sure they are sealed
  12. Any that did not seal just put in the fridge they will be good for 2 weeks.
