I make this hummus or some version of it every week for my husband. He likes his hummus spicy so I show you how I take it up a notch for him. Hummus is one of those quick healthy snacks or condiments that is easy to make and can go on just about anything! Never ever, buy store bought hummus again!

Ingredients:

1 can of chickpeas

¼ cup tahini

¼ cup lemon juice

2 Tbsp. minced garlic

2 Tbsp. olive oil

1 Tsp. salt

1 Tsp. cumin

3 Tbsp. water (optional)
