How to Make Keto Vegan Noatmeal

If you’re missing your favorite hot cereal while on the vegan keto diet look no further, this recipe for my keto vegan noatmeal is satisfying and delicious!

Ingredients:

1 cup of a low carb plant based milk

2 Tbs.  Almond flour

3 Tbs. Coconut flour

1 Tbs. Flax meal

1 Tbs. Chia seed

¼ cup Hemp seeds

1 Packet of stevia or your sweetener of choice I also like to use

Monk Fruit Sweetener

Monk Fruit Syrup
