1 cup of a low carb plant based milk
2 Tbs. Almond flour
3 Tbs. Coconut flour
1 Tbs. Flax meal
1 Tbs. Chia seed
¼ cup Hemp seeds
1 Packet of stevia or your sweetener of choice I also like to use
Monk Fruit Sweetener
