Overnight Oats are a great way to eat your oats but not have to cook them! You mix all of your ingredients in a mason jar and and put them in the fridge and Bam! The next day you wake to a delicious breakfast! You can play around with the flavors so that you can eat them everyday and it won’t seem like you are eating the same old boring recipe. You can make them in advance for the entire week they will keep for about 7 days.

Most people eat them cold but you don’t have to. I like to make them in the mason jar so I have the option of heating them since the jars are designed to withstand high temps you can add the jar to boiling water while you are getting ready or if you use the microwave put them in for a few minutes and breakfast is served! If you want your fruit to not be mushy like bananas I would say add them just before eating! Okay go make some and tell me what you think!
