1 cup Raw Almonds (soaked overnight)
4 cups of filtered water (can use 3 if you like it a bit more almond tasting)

1 Tsp. Vanilla
1 Tbsp. raw honey, a few drops of stevia or raw dates to sweeten (choose one)

What you will need:
Blender ( used a vitamixer)
Nut milk bag, strainer or you can use paint strainer bag from local hardware store!

After you soak your raw almonds overnight, make sure to rinse them well.
add water and almonds to blender and blend (about 1 minute depending on your blender)
Pour almond milk mixture into your strainer or bag and milk it through (press it if you use strainer)

If you like you can add the optional ingredients. Store in fridge for lasts about a 7 days!
