This keto overnight oatmeal is a simple yet delicious alternative to overnight oats, especially if you’re doing keto! I also have a stove-top version of oat-meal I call it noatmeal that’s to Reign for!


½ Cup low carb plant based milk, I use Ripple

¼ cup hemp hearts

2 tsp chia seeds

½ tsp cinnamon

Sweetener to taste I use 1 pack of stevia or 1 tbsp. Monk fruit sweetener

Pinch of salt


Add your milk to a jar first and then add all the rest of your ingredients. Shake to combine and then refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours. In the morning check the consistency, add more milk if needed add your favorite berries. I like blueberries and strawberries.
