2 packs of tempeh (8oz each)

1 tbs liquid smoke

2 Tbs Tamari

2 Tbs (liquid aminos optional)

2 teaspoons garlic powder

2 teaspoons onion powder

2 teaspoons smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Your favorite organic lettuce blend

Tahini dressing

½ avocado
