I was in the mood for breakfast for dinner and I needed to get some extra protein in so I decided to make protein cakes! They came out great so I thought I would share so you could try them out!
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup egg whites
1 scoop of whey protein powder ( had banana flavor and it was delicious)
Dash of cinnamon
1 tsp. coconut oil
Heat pan with oil, mix all ingredients! be sure not to overcook or it will come out rubbery! enjoy!
