Try not to eat more than 600 calories in hour. Why? because your body can’t metabolize more than that in one hour, the rest get’s stored in our bodies as fat for most of us. That’s just like when we buy these high 60 grams of protein drinks well what does it matter your body can’t metabolize more than 30g of protein in an hour! so I always just use 1/2 portion.
I know You will have your free days where you pig out, but you should still be mindful of this concept and not go crazy like instead of having a free day, have a free meal! Your individual metabolism and activity level will affect how fast you burn calories throughout the entire day!
