This vegan banana nut bread is easy and super delicious! You only need 1 bowl. I make this for my husband at least twice a month I switch up between this and my vegan zucchini bread.

1 cup coconut sugar or organic cane sugar

1 ½ cups mashed ripe bananas (3 medium)

½ cup avocado oil

1 teaspoon vanilla

¼ cup plant based milk

1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

2 cups flour (I like spelt)

¾ teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

½ cup chopped walnuts (optional)
