These vegan biscuits are easy and delicious and you don’t have to worry about cholesterol! I like to use spelt flour when I have it on hand but if don’t then I’ll use stoneground wheat flour.
Ingredients:
½ cup Earth Balance Butter
2 ½ cups Flour of choice ( Use spelt or stone ground wheat)
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Sugar
1 cup plant based milk
2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
bake at 425 for 15-20 minutes or until brown (Different flours will affect baking time)
